Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt, excluding public holidays and non-working days.

RJ Vidya Ventures Private Limited will attempt to resolve grievances within 30 days, subject to user cooperation.
