RJ Vidya Ventures Private Limited offers digital products, online courses, recorded lectures, learning access, subscriptions, training services, media products, and related commercial services.

Because many offerings involve digital delivery, LMS access, downloadable material, recorded content, or service commencement, refunds are limited and will be handled according to this policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page or required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable in the following cases:

• Course access has been granted.
• LMS login or account access has been issued.
• Digital content has been accessed, downloaded, unlocked, or delivered.
• Recorded lectures, videos, PDFs, eBooks, or resources have been made available.
• A webinar, workshop, consultation, or live session has already been attended or commenced.
• The user changed their mind after purchase.
• The user failed to attend a session despite access being provided.
• The user did not meet eligibility, language, discipline, time, internet, or device requirements already stated on the product page.
• The user expected outcomes not expressly guaranteed in writing.
• The user shared, copied, misused, or attempted to redistribute paid content.
• The user violated the Terms & Conditions.

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

Payment Gateway or Bank Error
A verified payment gateway or bank error requires reversal or refund.

Duplicate Payment
The same user was charged more than once for the same product, service, or subscription period.

Technical Non-Delivery
Payment was successful, but access was not delivered due to a verified technical issue attributable to RJ Vidya Ventures Private Limited or its delivery process, and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable period after the user contacted support.

Wrong Amount Charged
The user was charged an amount different from the amount displayed at checkout due to a verified technical or payment processing error.

Product or Service Not as Described
The delivered product or service materially does not match the description published on the product page at the time of purchase.

Cancellation by RJ Vidya Ventures Private Limited
RJ Vidya Ventures Private Limited cancels a paid course, workshop, service, or program and does not provide an alternative access option, reschedule, credit, or replacement.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of transaction, unless a longer period is expressly stated on the product page or required by applicable law.

Requests submitted after this period may be rejected, especially where access has already been granted or the service has commenced.

To request a refund, email contact@rjvidya.ventures with:

• Full name
• Email address used for purchase
• Phone number, if provided during purchase
• Product or service purchased
• Transaction ID
• Order ID, if available
• Payment date
• Amount paid
• Payment method
• Clear reason for refund request
• Supporting proof, screenshots, receipts, or communication records

Incomplete requests may be delayed or rejected until required information is provided.

RJ Vidya Ventures Private Limited will review the request and may ask for additional information.

Approval or rejection will depend on:

• Product type
• Delivery status
• Access status
• Payment confirmation
• Transaction records
• User conduct
• Gateway or bank data
• Applicable product terms
• This policy
• Applicable law

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

If a refund is approved, RJ Vidya Ventures Private Limited will initiate the refund within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

The final credit to the user’s account may take additional time depending on the payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI system, payment method, or international payment rail.

Refunds will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method.

For direct bank transfer payments, refunds, if approved, may require:

• Verification of payment proof
• Bank account confirmation
• Transaction reconciliation
• Written confirmation from the payer
• Additional documents, if needed for compliance

RJ Vidya Ventures Private Limited may refuse to process a refund to a bank account different from the payer’s account unless legally and operationally satisfied.

Subscriptions, recurring payments, UPI Autopay, e-mandates, and standing instructions continue until cancelled according to the applicable cancellation process.

Users are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue.

Cancellation applies prospectively and stops future billing where successfully processed.

Fees already charged for the current billing period are not automatically refundable unless:

• There was a duplicate charge.
• The user was charged after valid cancellation was completed before the billing date.
• A technical or gateway error caused an incorrect charge.
• A refund is required under applicable law.

If a payment fails, remains pending, or is deducted by the bank but not confirmed to RJ Vidya Ventures Private Limited, the user should contact both the bank/payment provider and contact@rjvidya.ventures.

Access may not be granted until payment is confirmed.

If the amount is deducted but not settled to RJ Vidya Ventures Private Limited, the bank or payment gateway may reverse the amount according to its own timeline.

Users should first contact contact@rjvidya.ventures before raising a bank dispute or chargeback.

Misuse of chargebacks after access, delivery, or service commencement may lead to:

• Suspension of account access
• Cancellation of service
• Recovery of costs
• Restriction from future purchases
• Legal or payment gateway action, where appropriate

Instead of a refund, RJ Vidya Ventures Private Limited may offer:

• Access correction
• Replacement access
• Rescheduled session
• Course transfer
• Store credit
• Alternative product access
• Extension of access period

The final remedy will depend on product type, issue, user conduct, and operational feasibility.
